Consultant shall be available at the <br />direction of the Client to conduct or prepare special <br />studies or reports which shall be in addition to those <br />services described in Sections I.A., I.B. and I.C. and <br />not related to a debt offering. Work performed under <br />this section must be -specifically authorized by the <br />Client. Such authorization should define the scope of <br />the work and any specific requirements imposed on the <br />Consultant or Client for successful completion. <br /> <br />II. FEES FOR SERVICES PERFORMED <br /> <br /> A. Debt Issuance Development and Sales Services Fees. <br /> <br />For <br /> <br />the performance of services in Sections I.A., I.B., and I.C., <br />the Consultant shall be compensated on the basis of the fee <br />schedule shown in Appendix A. <br /> <br />1. Services Covered by Fee.
