PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Monday, August 15, <br />1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Attorney Willia~ Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />Reporter Carolyn Thompson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the special Council meeting to order at 5:10 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />I> <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that one of the items to be discussed under <br />Case #5, Legal Items, is Bond Sale and that he would prefer Council to <br />address this issue prior to Case #1 of the agenda. <br /> <br />M~or Gamec also neted that thene Will-be ~an executive session'following' the <br />special Council meeting to discuss the Landfill Lawsuit. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />approve the agenda and to discuss Case $5.A. Bond Sale prior to Case #1. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmem~ers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner.
