<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-09-241 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR COR PARKVIEW <br />ADDITION AND DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR PARKVIEW EAST <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> PSD, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for <br />preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />TH <br /> Outlots A & B, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 11 ADDITION <br /> <br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />on March 5, 2015, the City received an Application for Major Plat from <br />PSD, LLC; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the City finds that the Plat does not required an Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet (EAW) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) due to the size of the project and <br />number of lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />on April 9, 2015, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for the <br />plat known as COR PARKVIEW ADDITION; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />on April 28, 2015, the City Council reviewed the Preliminary Plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on May 26, 2015, the City Council approved the Final Plat, contingent upon <br />the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on June 9, 2015, the City Council approved the site plan known as Parkview <br />East, contingent upon the Developer entering into a Development Permit with the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for COR <br />PARKVIEW ADDITION by and between the City and PSD, LLC and the Development Permit <br />for Parkview East by and between Parkview East, LLC. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />
