Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #15-09-241 RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR COR PARKVIEW ADDITION AND DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR PARKVIEW EAST WHEREAS, PSD, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: TH Outlots A & B, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 11 ADDITION (the “Subject Property”) WHEREAS, on March 5, 2015, the City received an Application for Major Plat from PSD, LLC; and WHEREAS , the City finds that the Plat does not required an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) due to the size of the project and number of lots; and WHEREAS, on April 9, 2015, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for the plat known as COR PARKVIEW ADDITION; and WHEREAS, on April 28, 2015, the City Council reviewed the Preliminary Plat; and WHEREAS , on May 26, 2015, the City Council approved the Final Plat, contingent upon the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City; and WHEREAS , on June 9, 2015, the City Council approved the site plan known as Parkview East, contingent upon the Developer entering into a Development Permit with the City. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for COR PARKVIEW ADDITION by and between the City and PSD, LLC and the Development Permit for Parkview East by and between Parkview East, LLC. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Strommen Councilmember LeTourneau Councilmember Kuzma Councilmember Riley Councilmember Shryock Councilmember Williams
