dated March 27, 2015. The Landscape Plan addresses the streetscape adjacent to the Subject Property, which is the
primary emphasis of the COR Design Framework. As long as the requested revisions are incorporated into the plan,
Staff would support this option.
Option #2: Recommend approval of the Landscape Plan contingent upon compliance with the Staff Review Letter
dated March 27, 2015 and upon verification there will be landscaping provided internal to the site. While this is
typically provided, it is not expressly required through the COR Design Framework. Per the erosion control plan,
the site will be finished with turf. Staff will continue to work with the applicant to verify whether any other
landscape elements are proposed internal to the site; however, Staff would not support this option as it is not
expressly required through City Code.
Funding Source:
All costs associated with this request are the responsibility of the Applicant.
Action:
Motion to recommend approval of the Landscape Plan contingent upon compliance with the Staff Review Letter
dated March 27, 2015.
Attachments
Site Location Map
Plan Set
Staff Review Letter Dated March 27, 2015
Form Review
Inbox Reviewed By Date
Tim Gladhill Tim Gladhill 03/26/2015 03:05 PM
Chris Anderson (Originator) Chris Anderson 03/26/2015 03:07 PM
Form Started By: Chris Anderson Started On: 03/26/2015 12:46 PM
Final Approval Date: 03/26/2015
