CC Regular Session 4. 11. <br />Meeting Date: 10/13/2015 <br />By: Nichole Wenberg, Administrative <br />Services <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #15-10-250 Accepting Cash Donations to be Applied Toward the Happy Days Festival Fund <br />Purpose/Background: <br />As of 2014, MN State Statute 465.03 requires that the City pass a resolution formally accepting any/all donations <br />or grants. This new Statute applies to the Ramsey Happy Days Festival. Attached to this case is a resolution to <br />formally accept donations for the Ramsey Happy Days Festival. Staff anticipates this resolution to be reviewed and <br />adopted by the City Council on an annual basis. <br />Also attached to this case is a current copy of the 2015 Happy Days Festival budget, for your reference.
