We have incorporated <br />materials from both adjoining building type which blends the transition. <br />3) We have incorporated the following latest building elements: Nichiha panels, non <br />building penetrating balconies with a girder system, cultured stone, shed roofs, and <br />dormers on the detached garages <br />1) When we planned a building on this site we considered the density, and best use of the <br />lot. The building has numerous jogs and breaks to give some definition. We are using <br />materials that are maintenance free and energy efficient.
