A more appropriate transfer of excess revenue funds may be as such: Facility Construction Fund -$ 485,869.35 - City Hall <br /> PIR Fund -$100,000.00 - Park and Ride <br /> Equipment Revolving 65,096.59 o Transfer to future park fund <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the transfer of excess revenue funds be transferred from the <br />General Fund to the Equipment Revolving Fund in the amount of $65,096.59, the <br />Facilities Construction Fund in the amount of $485,869.35, and the Public Improvement <br />Revolving Fund in the amount of $100,000. <br /> <br />Committee: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend City Council to authorize the transfer of the General Fund Excess <br />Revenues to the Equipment Revolving Fund, the Facilities Construction Fund and the <br />Public Improvement Revolving Fund at the stated amounts with the understanding that <br />the amount currently transferred to the Equipment Revolving Fund will be transferred to <br />a Park Maintenance Fund once it is established. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Officer <br /> <br />FC: 04/27/04 <br /> <br /> <br />
