AUTHORITY

This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the charter of the City of
Ramsey.

SECTION 2. ORDINANCE

9.20.22

H-1 Highway 10 Business District

Subdivision 1. Intent and Official Map.

Intent. In order to preserve the land that is needed for the U.S.
Highway 10 Transportation System, the City has identified said
corridor on its Official Map. All land use applications in the H-1
Highway 10 Business District will be subject to the requirements of
the Official Map section of the City Code.

Non-Conforming Structures, Buildings and Uses. Structures,
buildings and uses in existence upon the effective date of this
ordinance (June 10, 2004) shall be considered legal non-conforming
