Combinations of such materials shall be permitted. Vehicular access points shall be limited and shall be designed to create minimum conflict through traffic movements. At such time that new construction and expansion of existing uses are initiated practical efforts should be made to eliminate multiple accesses on a single parcel and to share vehicular access points with adjoining properties to minimize the total number of access points within the district.
