Off-Street Loading: All off-street loading dock/berth areas shall be a minimum of 50 feet <br />in length and there shall be at least one dock/berth for the first 10,000 square feet of floor <br />area and one additional berth/dock for each additional 25,000 square feet of floor area. <br /> <br />Subd. 6. <br /> <br />Architectural Standards <br /> <br />a. All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be: <br /> <br />1. Face brick; <br /> <br />2. Stucco; <br /> <br />3. Glass; <br /> <br />4. Wood; <br /> <br />5. Natural stone; <br /> <br />6. Specifically designed pre-cast concrete units whose surfaces have been integrally <br /> treated with an applied decorative material or texture; <br /> <br />7. Other material as may be approved by the City. Combinations of such materials <br /> shall be permitted. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #04 , which has been approved by the <br />City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance: <br /> <br />Section 9.20.21 (B-1 General Business District), Subd. 5.e (Standards) is amended to require <br />City Council approval for deviations from the sod requirement. Section 9.20.20 (B-1 General <br />Business District), Subd. 5.0 (Standards, Landscaping and Buffering) is amending the <br />landscaping requirements for new development in the B-1 General Business District. <br /> <br />Section 9.20.22 (B-2 Highway Business District), Subd. 5.e (Standards) is amended to require <br />City Council approval for deviations from the sod requirement.
