<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-10-260 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON <br />OUTLOT C, ALPINE WOODS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Oakwood Land Development, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”, has <br />properly applied for vacation of all drainage and utility easements and temporary easement for cul-de-sac <br />purposes on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot C, ALPINE WOODS, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on June 24, 2014, the City of Ramsey approved the plat known as Alpine Woods <br />Third Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That all approved vacations are contingent upon successful recording of the plat known as Alpine <br />Woods Third Addition. These vacations do not become effective until said plat entitled Alpine <br />Woods Third Addition is recorded. <br />a. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an easement vacation on the Subject Property <br />for all drainage and utility easements as conveyed as part of the plat known as ALPINE <br />WOODS, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />b. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants a vacation of temporary easement for cul-de- <br />sac purposes as recorded by Anoka County Document No. 1972484.005 on the Subject <br />Property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
