CITY OF RAMSEY SPECIAL MEETING CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION December 15, 1975 7:30 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Cox at 7:30 p.m. Present: Mayor Cox, Councitpersons Gorham, Mickelson, Reimann and Oliphant. Also Present: Planning & Zoning members A1 Sorteberg, Chairman; Bradley Bodle and Gerald Zimmermann, and City Administrator Walker Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Cox indicated to the people present that the purpose of the meeting was a presentation of the Urban Planning District Proposal. He stressed that it was not a hearin8 but an opportunity for discussion would be brought up after the presentation. Mr. Orrin Fricke presented the plan developed by himself, Mr. William Goodrich and Mr. Bernie Steffen. The proposal as presented by Mr. Fricke is on file at the City Hall for public appraisal. At the conclusion of the presentation Mayor Cox requested questions and discussion from the Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission members. A general discussion and question and answer session took place between Mr. Fricke and the officials present. No action was taken. Mayor Cox requested that if anyone present desired any changes or had any input on the proposal to submit it in writing to the City Administrator, Mr. Walker before the next ~regular Council meeting on December 22, 1975.
