CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />December 15, 1975 <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Cox at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor Cox, Councitpersons Gorham, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Oliphant. Also Present: Planning & Zoning members <br />A1 Sorteberg, Chairman; Bradley Bodle and Gerald Zimmermann, and <br />City Administrator Walker <br /> <br />Pledge of Allegiance <br /> <br />Mayor Cox indicated to the people present that the purpose of the <br />meeting was a presentation of the Urban Planning District Proposal. <br />He stressed that it was not a hearin8 but an opportunity for <br />discussion would be brought up after the presentation. Mr. Orrin <br />Fricke presented the plan developed by himself, Mr. William Goodrich <br />and Mr. Bernie Steffen. The proposal as presented by Mr. Fricke is <br />on file at the City Hall for public appraisal. <br /> <br />At the conclusion of the presentation Mayor Cox requested questions <br />and discussion from the Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission <br />members. <br /> <br />A general discussion and question and answer session took place <br />between Mr. Fricke and the officials present. No action was taken. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox requested questions and discussion from the public present. <br />A general discussion and question and answer session then took <br />place between the public and the officials and Mr. Fricke.
