SPECIAL MEETING OF THE R~2~SEY CITY COUNCIL <br /> October 9, 1975 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Mayor Cox. Present <br />were Councilpersons Gotham, Reimann, Mickelson, Oliphant and Clerk- <br />Treasurer Walker. <br /> <br />Pledge of allegiance to the flag was lead by Mayor Cox. <br /> <br />Mr. George DeZie~ requested a transfer of the liquor license issued <br />t'5 Jori D~h]J doi'~g business at the Strawhouse located at 6937 Highway <br />#lO in the City of Ramsey, to George DeZiel. Mr. DeZiel indicated <br />that he does own the property and that the taxes are paid up to date. <br /> <br />A letter from Police Chief Auspos was read recommending the transfer <br />of the license. A general discussion on the requirements of an <br />on-sale license was held. <br /> <br />Motion by Gorham, second by Micketson, that the intoxicating liquor <br />and Sunday liquor license presently issued to Jon Russell Dahl doing <br />business at the Strawhouse, located at 6937 Highway #lO N.W. in the <br />City of Ramsey, be transferred and issued to George Robert DeZiel <br />to do business as the Strawhouse at the Same location, 6937 Highway <br />#lO N.W. in the City of Ramsey; contengent upon Mr. DeZiel having <br />in his possession a written statement from Mr. Dahl agreeing to the <br />transfer, having on file the proper certificate of insurance and a <br />bond of $5000.00 on file in the City office. All of the contingen- <br />cies are to be complied with before the City Clerk of the City of <br />Ramsey will transfer the license and issue it in the name of George <br />Robert DeZiel and all other sections of the Ramsey liquor Ordinance <br />to be complied with.
