PUBLIC HEARING - CARSON-HOL~PLAT <br /> Aug. 20, 1975 <br /> <br />The hearing was called to order by Mayor Cox at 7:30 p.m. Present <br />were Mr. Gorham, Mr. Reimann, Mr. Mickelson and Mrs. Oliphant. Mr. <br />darson explained the area they were requesting to be rezoned. The <br />plat contains 98.4 acres, 25 residential lots of 1.2 acres average <br />each, 3700 lineal feet of roads, recreational open space of ll.8 <br />acres and 8.3 acres in buffer space. Mr. Cox asked if there were <br />any questions from the audience on this sketch plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated Mr. Fricke said this sketch plan meets the re- <br />quirements of the subdivision ordinance. <br />Mr. Bob C~sman asked the location of this plat. Mr. Carson answered <br />this question. <br /> <br />Arlen Ross asked for a definition of high density residential. Mr. <br />Carson replied this would probably not take place for possibly five <br />years. Mr. Carson said this plat was for one acre or larger resi- <br />dential lots. <br /> <br />Mr. Mickelson moved we adjourn the public hearing. Seconded by Mr. <br />Gotham.
