Commissioner Andrusko recommended that Community Development Director Gladhill's title <br /> be changed to Community Development Director Gladhill. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Andrusko, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to approve the <br /> following minutes as amended: Planning Commission Meeting Minutes dated August 6, 2015. <br /> Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners Andrusko, Brauer, <br /> Nosan and VanScoy. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Levine and Commissioner Maul. <br /> 4.01.2:Planning Commission Meeting Minutes Dated September 10,2015 <br /> Motion by Commissioner Andrusko, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to approve the <br /> following minutes as presented: Planning Commission Meeting Minutes dated September 10, <br /> 2015. <br /> Motion Carried. PUBLIC HEARINGS/COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> 5.01: Public Hearing: Consider Request for a Variance to Allow a Detached Accessory <br /> Building to be located Nearer the Front Property Line than the Principal Building <br /> on the property located at 16841 Wolverine Court NW; Case of Allen and Ginger <br /> Millner. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Vice Chairperson Bauer called the public hearing to order at 7:03 p.m. <br /> Presentation <br /> City Planner Anderson presented the staff report stating the City has received an application from <br /> Allen and Ginger Millner for a variance to allow a portion of a detached accessory building to be <br /> located nearer the front property line than the principal building at the property located at 16841 <br /> Wolverine Court NW. Staff reviewed the request in detail with the Commission and <br /> recommended denial. <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill commented that the lack of staff support was due to <br /> the City's current ordinances. <br /> Citizen Input <br /> Commissioner VanScoy requested further information on what it means for an accessory <br /> structure to be closer to the property line than the principle structure. <br /> Planning Commission/October 15,2015 <br /> Page 2 of 17 <br />
