Public Works Superintendent Riemer distributed copies of the policies and procedures manual <br />for staff working on call. The book helps staff know how to work the equipment at different <br />locations in the City, and gives information such as which switches to turn off at a certain park, <br />and how to work lift stations, etc. <br />7.
