Commissioner Van Scoy introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #15-10-267 <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO ENCROACH ON THE <br /> REQUIRED SHED SETBACK AT 5650 156th LANE NW AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br /> SAME <br /> WHEREAS, Walter Gleb and Sandy Warner,husband and wife,hereinafter referred to as <br /> the "Permittee," have properly applied for a variance from Section 117-111 (R-1 Residential <br /> District) of the Ramsey City Code to encroach on the required side setback for a shed on the <br /> property generally known as 5650 156th Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 25, Block 3, Wildlife Sanctuary 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the "Subject Property"). <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on October 15, <br /> 2015,pursuant to Section 117-53 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. That based on Findings of Fact#0955, a Variance to allow a shed side setback of less than six <br /> (6) feet on the Subject Property is hereby denied. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br /> Andrusko, and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Vice Chairperson Bauer <br /> Commissioner Van Scoy <br /> Commissioner Andrusko <br /> Commissioner Brauer <br /> Commissioner Nosan <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Chairperson <br />
