Commissioner Van Scoy introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#15-10-258 <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A <br /> DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING TO BE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY <br /> LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE <br /> WHEREAS, Allen and Ginger Millner (Permittee) have properly applied for a variance <br /> to Section 117-349 (Accessory Uses and Buildings) of the Ramsey City Code to construct a <br /> detached accessory building nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the <br /> property generally known as 16841 Wolverine Ct NW and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 6, Block 1, Hunters Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (Subject Property). • <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on October 15, <br /> 2015, pursuant to Section 117-53 of the Ramsey City Code, and adopted findings of fact relating <br /> to the request for a variance. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. That based on Findings of Fact #0954, a variance (the "Variance") to allow a detached <br /> accessory building nearer the front property line than the principal building is hereby denied. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br /> Brauer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Vice Chairperson Bauer <br /> Commissioner Van Scoy <br /> Commissioner Brauer <br /> Commissioner Andrusko <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> Commissioner Nosan <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br />
