PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUED ON REZONING AREA SOUTH OF HWY. 10 <br /> RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL <br /> May 27, 1975 <br /> <br />The hearing was called to order at 7:20 p.m. by the pro rem Mayor, <br />Mr. Gotham. Present were Mr. Reimann, Mr. Mickelson and Mrs. Oli- <br />phant. Attorney Goodrich was also present. Mr. Cox arrived at <br />7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Gorham asked Mr. Goodrich to describe the area on the map that <br />was under consideration for rezoning from B-2 to 4-1 south of <br />Highway 10. Attorney Goodrich asked the Clerk if all the people <br />had been notified by letter and phone calls where they could be <br />reached and the answer was in the affirmative. <br /> <br />Mr. Gotham said this matter was on the agenda for decision this <br />evening. Mr. Gorham asked the people present if there were any <br />comments. There were no more comments from the audience. Mr~ <br />Dickenson asked how a piano shop and a gravel pit could be zoned <br />residential. Mr. Gorham asked what qualified it to be commercial. <br />Mr. Dickenson replied that it has always been commercial. <br /> <br />Mrs. Oliphant moved the hearing be closed.
