<br />CHAPTER 9 <br />EMINENT DOMAIN <br /> <br />Section 9.1 Acquisition of Property. <br />The city may acquire by purchase, gift, condemnation, <br />or otherwise, any property, either within or without its boundaries, that may be needed by the <br />city for any public purpose.
