Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-10-262 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO CONSTRUCTION RESULTS <br />CORPORATION FOR IP #14-28 PARKING RAMP GARAGE ENCLOSURE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted October 14, <br />2014, accepting plans and specifications and authorizing advertisement for bids for the enclosure <br />of 14 parking stalls located within the existing Ramsey Municipal Parking Ramp; and <br />WHEREAS, the bid of Construction Results Corporation in the amount of $303,440.00 <br />was the lowest responsible bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council on March 10, 2015 <br />adopting Resolution #15-03-071, Construction Results Corporation was awarded a contract for <br />said work; and <br />WHEREAS, as of October 26, 2015, $288,268.00 has been paid to date; and <br />WHEREAS, the SRF Consulting Group has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to Construction Results Corporation in the amount of $6,111.35. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Construction Results <br />Corporation for Improvement Project 14-28; parking ramp garage enclosure in the amount <br />of $6,111.35. <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the City Administrator to <br />sign the release form for this payment. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
