Soil conditions and the lay of the land has <br />a part in determining the area for a septic tank. 'The figures. <br />are not etched in concrete. The MC has limited dollars and more <br />priorities than they can handle. <br /> <br />Mr. Barton: Planning and Zoning must..~e development to.a plan <br />or policy. Our problems are not uniqu~ We must determine what <br />we want to provide in municipal services. Traffic. 'If we relie <br />on the state, it may be 10 or 15 years in the future. Our types <br />of problems will continue. <br /> <br />Mr. Ooodrieh~ How do we get there? Do we redesign our compre- <br />hensive plan? <br /> <br />Mr. Barton: He thinks we do not need to do thisl just an exten- <br />sion of our present plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich: Should we have a moratorium? <br /> <br />Mr. Barton: Thinks this might be a good idea. <br /> <br />Mr. Mickelson: Are you saying commercial and industrial develop- <br />ment should be in the southeast corner? <br /> <br />Mr. Barton~ If it requires sewer or water - yes. <br /> <br />Mr. Steffens: Showed our two maps and said this community has <br />done a very good Job of planning both the comprehensive and the <br />sewer map. He said he thought the community could not be expected <br /> <br /> <br />
