Avoid
full width at the Water King location.

The County Highway Department is taking a strip ~0 to 50 feet wide
off a one acre lot. Determination that a one acre lot on Sunfish
Lake Blvd. with a &O to 50 foot strip taken from it would still be
a buildable lot if that was its classification before.

Ask County how the negotiating is going on Sunfish Lake Blvdo

Mr. Sorteberg said he thought a road going west from Sunfish Lake
Blvd. lined up with Industry Blvd. going northwest and coming out
by the Tom Thumb store on l~9th Ave. would be necessary in the near
future. Discussion on such a proposed road. We should talk to the
County about such a road.

Discussion on the amendment for parks. Inability to agree on a
park area will be grounds for tying up the plat or denying the
plat. Choice should be with the Planning and Zoning Commission.
They have the right to request 10% of the value of the area or
$100 per lot in lieu of park land. Planning and Zoning Commission
has the right to ask for a difference of land and money. Attorney
should examine the title. We should get a check list.

Mr. Steffens suggested we use the Soil and Conservation Department
services on plats.
