Councilmember Riley asked if there is an escrow agreement in place with Village Bank. <br />City Attorney Langel stated that there was not sufficient time for that agreement to be drafted <br />today. <br />Councilmember Riley referenced the proposed resolution language, which specifies that the cost <br />will be assessed to Village Bank, and asked if that means the assessments would be to those <br />properties. <br />City Attorney Langel stated that phrase would be removed and instead there would be a <br />reference to the site restoration agreement with Village Bank. He stated an additional statement <br />could be added to the resolution that would approve the execution of the site restoration plan. <br />Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, to Adopt <br />Resolution #15-10-256 Approving Change Order No. 1 for Ridgepoint Development <br />Improvements, Improvement Project #15-21, as amended to remove the special assessment <br />language for Village Bank and adding a second item approving the execution of the site <br />restoration plan. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Shryock, LeTourneau, Johns, <br />Kuzma, Riley, and Williams. Voting No: None. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />Councilmember Riley stated that he attended the Fire Department open house the previous <br />weekend, which was well attended. <br />Councilmember Shryock stated that she attended the Taste of Ramsey the previous Thursday, <br />which was also well attended. <br />9.
