AUTHORI1'¥ <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to <br />and 0nder the authority of the Home Rule <br />Charter of tile City of Ramsey, Section <br />12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated <br />roadway and utility easements is hereby <br />vacated, to-wit: <br /> An easement for tile road purposes <br />over the south 33 feet of the following <br />described properties: <br /> The South 609 feet of the East <br /> 650 feet of the Northeast Quarter <br /> of t}~e Northeast Quarter of <br /> 'Section 28, Township 2,2, Range <br /> 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> except the South 209 feet of the <br /> East 418 feet thereof, all distances <br /> measured parallel with the east <br /> and south lines of said Northeast <br /> Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; <br /> and <br /> That part of the North Half of the <br /> Northeast Quarter of Section 28, <br /> Towoship 32, Range 25, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota, that is <br /> described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast <br /> corner of tile said North Half of <br /> the Northeast Quarter and pro- <br /> ceeding thence North of the East <br /> line of said North Half of the <br /> Northeast Quarter for a distance <br /> of 209.00 feet; proceeding <br /> thence West and parallel to the <br /> South line of said North Half of <br /> the Northeast Quarter a distance <br /> of 418 feet; proceeding thence <br /> South and parallel to said East line <br /> to tile South line thereof; and <br /> proceeding thence East on the <br /> South line of said North Half of <br /> the Northeas~ Quarter to tile <br /> point of commencement, except <br /> Parcel 11, Anoka County <br /> Highway Right o[ Way Plat No. <br /> 16, according to the U.S. <br /> Government Survey thereof, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> SECTION 3.
