ORDINANCE NO. 04-13 PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION i. AUTHORI1'¥ This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and 0nder the authority of the Home Rule Charter of tile City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated roadway and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: An easement for tile road purposes over the south 33 feet of the following described properties: The South 609 feet of the East 650 feet of the Northeast Quarter of t}~e Northeast Quarter of 'Section 28, Township 2,2, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota except the South 209 feet of the East 418 feet thereof, all distances measured parallel with the east and south lines of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; and That part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Towoship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, that is described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of tile said North Half of the Northeast Quarter and pro- ceeding thence North of the East line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter for a distance of 209.00 feet; proceeding thence West and parallel to the South line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 418 feet; proceeding thence South and parallel to said East line to tile South line thereof; and proceeding thence East on the South line of said North Half of the Northeas~ Quarter to tile point of commencement, except Parcel 11, Anoka County Highway Right o[ Way Plat No. 16, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Orclinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City Charter Section $.07.
