NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to MSA 412.851 and by attached Certification of Ordinance dated November 29, 2007, the City of Ramsey has vacated the following legally described and dedicated drainage and utility easement to wit: The following described dedicated roadway and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: An easement for the road purposes over the south 33 feet of the following described properties: The South 609 feet of the East 650 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota except the South 209 feet of the East 418 feet thereof, all distances measured parallel with the east and south lines of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; and That part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, that is described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast comer of the said North Half of the Northeast Quarter and proceeding thence North of the East line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter for a distance of 209.00 feet; proceeding thence West and parallel to the South line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 418 feet; proceeding thence South and parallel to said East line to the South line thereof; and proceeding thence East on the South line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter to the point of commencement, except Parcel 11, Anoka County Highway Right of Way PIa No. 16, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota.
