ORDJNANCE #04-14 - CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 4 OF THE CITY CODE WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC FACILITIES AND IMPROVEMENTS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 4.80 TO THE CITY CODE, WHICH SECTION 4.80 IS ENTITLED "STORM DRAINAGE UTILITY" AND WHICH SEC- TION WAS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CITY ORDINACE #00-01 The City of Ramsey ordains; SECTION 1. SUMMARY Ordinance 00-01 was enacl~ed pur- suant to MN Statutes Section 444.075, which authorizes cities to impose just and reasonable charges for the use of storm water systems. This ordinance is an amendment to Ordinance 00-01 and amends said ordinance as follows: Section 4.80.05 is amended define the method of calculation for townhouse units and residential properties with a business. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty(30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
