ORDINANCE #04~17 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVI- SON OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEC- TION 9.20.22 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. Tile City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY_ The following official summary of Ordinance #04-17 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance//04-17 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to establish permitted uses and performance standards along the portion of highway 10 that is officially mapped in the City of Rarnsey. SECTION 2 EFFECTI EV_E~_~ The effective date of this ordinance is thir[y (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Char~er Section 5.07.
