SUMMARY_ <br /> The following official summary of <br />Ordinance #04-17 has been approved by <br />the City Council of the City of Ramsey as <br />clearly informing the public of the intent <br />and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> It is the intent and effect of <br />Ordinance//04-17 to amend Ramsey City <br />Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision <br />of Land) to establish permitted uses and <br />performance standards along the portion <br />of highway 10 that is officially mapped in <br />the City of Rarnsey. <br /> SECTION 2 EFFECTI EV_E~_~ <br /> The effective date of this ordinance is <br />thir[y (30) days after its passage and pub- <br />lication, subject to City Char~er Section <br />5.07. <br /> Adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />the 28th day of April 2004. <br />Thomas G.
