ORDINANCE #04-19 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF <br />THE CI1Y CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVI- <br />SION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY <br />CODE <br />Tim City of Ran~sey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. ~J_~l_~ <br /> The following official summary of <br />Ordinance #04-19 has been approved by <br />the City Council of the City of Ramsey as <br />clearly informing the public of the intent <br />and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> It is the intent and effect of <br />Ordinance #04-19 to amend Ramsey City <br />Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and <br />Subdivision) to amend the percentage of <br />required residential uses within the MU- <br />PUD district. <br /> SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> The effective date of this ordinance is <br />thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- <br />lication, subject to City Charter Section <br />5.07. <br /> Adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />on the 27th day of April, 2004 <br />Thomas G.
