ORDINANCE #04-20 PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVI- SION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TIONS 9.20.21 (B-f GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT), 9.20.22 (B-2 HIGHWAY BUSI- NESS DISTRICT), 9.20.23 (E-2 EMPLOY- MENT DISTRICT), AND 9.20.24 E-1 EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. Tile City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1 AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the charter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2. SUMMARY The following is the official summary of Ordinance #04-20 which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: Section 9.20.21 (B-1 General Business District), Subd. 5.e (Standards) is amend- ed to require City Council approval for deviations from the sod requirement. Section 9.20.20 (B-1 General Business District), Subd. 5.o (Standards, Landscaping and Buffering) is amending the landscaping requirements for new development in tile B-1 General Business District. Section 9.20.22 (B-2 Highway Business District), Subd. 5.e (Standards) is amended to require City Council approval for deviations from the sod requirement. Section 9.20.22 (B-2 Highway Business District), Subd. 5.o.(Standards, Landscaping and Buffering) is amending the landscaping requirements I'or new development in the B-2 Highway Business District. Section 9.20.23 (E-2 Employment District), Subd. 5. (Standards) and Subd. 6 (Architectural Standards) is amending the landscaping requirements for new development in the E-2 Employment District. Section 9.20.24 (E-1 Employment District), Subd. 5. (Standards) and Subd. 6 (Architectural Standards) is amending the landscaping requirements for new development in the E-1 Employment District. SECTION 3..EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
