ORDINANCE #04-20 <br /> <br />PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF <br /> THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS <br /> KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVI- <br /> SION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY <br /> CODE. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- <br /> TIONS 9.20.21 (B-f GENERAL BUSINESS <br /> DISTRICT), 9.20.22 (B-2 HIGHWAY BUSI- <br /> NESS DISTRICT), 9.20.23 (E-2 EMPLOY- <br /> MENT DISTRICT), AND 9.20.24 E-1 <br /> EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT OF THE CITY <br /> CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> Tile City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to <br /> and under the authority of the charter of <br /> the City of Ramsey. <br /> SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br /> The following is the official summary <br /> of Ordinance #04-20 which has been <br /> approved by the City Council of the City <br /> of Ramsey as clearly informing the public <br /> of the intent and effect of the ordinance: <br /> Section 9.20.21 (B-1 General Business <br />District), Subd. 5.e (Standards) is amend- <br />ed to require City Council approval for <br />deviations from the sod requirement. <br />Section 9.20.20 (B-1 General Business <br />District), Subd. 5.o (Standards, <br />Landscaping and Buffering) is amending <br />the landscaping requirements for new <br />development in tile B-1 General Business <br />District. <br /> Section 9.20.22 (B-2 Highway <br />Business District), Subd. 5.e (Standards) is <br />amended to require City Council <br />approval for deviations from the sod <br />requirement. Section 9.20.22 (B-2 <br />Highway Business District), Subd. <br />5.o.(Standards, Landscaping and <br />Buffering) is amending the landscaping <br />requirements I'or new development in the <br />B-2 Highway Business District. <br /> Section 9.20.23 (E-2 Employment <br />District), Subd. 5. (Standards) and Subd. <br />6 (Architectural Standards) is amending <br />the landscaping requirements for new <br />development in the E-2 Employment <br />District. <br /> Section 9.20.24 (E-1 Employment <br />District), Subd. 5. (Standards) and Subd. <br />6 (Architectural Standards) is amending <br />the landscaping requirements for new <br />development in the E-1 Employment <br />District. <br /> SECTION 3..EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> The effective date of this Ordinance is <br />thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- <br />lication, subject to City Charter Section <br />5.07. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, this the 28th <br />day of April 2004. <br />Thomas G.
