Fences shall be subject to the provisions <br />found in Section 9.11.17. When a fence is used for screening <br />purposes, the bufferyard planting requirements may be reduced by 10 <br />percent from the stated minimum requirement. <br /> <br />Grading. <br /> <br />1. Final slope grades shall not exceed 3.5:1 unless terracing of retaining walls is <br /> approved. <br /> <br />2. Berming for parking lots and open space areas shall not exceed 3:1. <br /> <br />Off-Street Loading: One off-street loading dock/berth shall be provided for the first <br />10,000 square feet of floor area and one additional dock/berth for each additional <br />25,000 square feet of floor area. Such loading berth/dock shall be located in the rear <br />or side wall of building. <br /> <br />Section 9.20.23 (E-2 Employment District), Subd. 5.
