1898652 Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-10-269 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO WAYNE AND MARIAN MELOCHE AT 17400 ERKIUM ST NW (PERMITTEE) FOR SUBDIVISION DESIGN STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC ROAD FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Wayne and Marian Meloche (Perrnittees) have properly applied for a variance from Section 9.50.30 of the Ramsey City Code (Subdivision Design Standards - Lots) to create a buildable lot without public road frontage on the property generally known as 17400 Erkium Street and legally described as follows: All that part of Government Lot 4, Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of Trott Brook running through said Government Lot 4 (consisting of approximately 30 acres) and together with an easement of road purposes over and across the west 66 feet of the east 250.81 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the. Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, as measured at right angles to the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. (Subject Property) AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on October 2, 2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.07 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That based on Findings of Fact #0652 a variance to Subdivision Design Standards - Lots on the Subject Property is hereby approved.
