Chairperson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO STEPHEN AND <br />NILA DEHEN AT 14720 BOWERS DRIVE NW (PERMITTEES) TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE <br />PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Stephen and Nila Dehen (Permittees) have properly applied for a variance <br />from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure closer to the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 14720 Bowers <br />Dr. NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 8, Bower's Mississippi Acres., Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on May 6, 2004 <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:- <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact # a var/ance to construct an accessory structure <br />closet' to the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby <br />denied. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the fo[lowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the ~bllowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 6th day of May, 2004. <br /> <br />CITY OF ICAMSEY: <br /> <br />By: By:. <br /> <br />Chairperson, Board of Adjustment <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
