Staff did, however, send indivdual notice to the adjacent property <br />owners, the Dusbabek and Kaas families. In addtion, land use application notification signs were <br />put up on the property. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The revsised findings of fact removes reference to the public right-of-way of 160th Lane NWserving <br />the Bauer property.
