Other activities (The Tinklenberg Group) <br /> <br />· Preparation of documents, presentation materials, etc. as requested <br />· Regular communication and updates to staff. <br />· Tracking and oversight of all activities. <br />· Attend meetings as required- public, city council, etc. <br />· Identify and facilitate process to acquire potential federal and state funding <br /> sources for trail development. <br />· Other duties as assigned by the principal contact. <br /> <br />· COST = $25,000 <br /> <br />The summation of these costs equals $244,700. <br /> <br />The TinMenberg Group will serve as the prime consultant On.the land acquisition portion <br />of this project and shall complete the tasks identified above in cooperation with Bolton & <br />Menk, Inc., as a subconsultant. The Tinklenberg Group will maintain consistent <br />communication relative to other work Bolton & Menk will be responsible for under a <br />separate contract including design, engineering and other activities related to the project <br />as appropriate. <br /> <br />The Tinklenberg Group appreciates the opportunity to represent the City on this project <br />and is committed to ensuring successful results. <br /> <br /> <br />
