Voting no None. <br /> <br />MINNESOTA UTILITY SITE AND DESIGN PLAN DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br /> <br />Mr. Lloyd Bearl was present representing Minnesota Utility. The Council <br />reviewed the proposed contract with Mr. Bearl. The Council agreed that <br />paragraph 3d on Page 2 of the contract can read as follows: <br /> <br />d) The exterior of the building shall be faced one-~hird of the <br />height of the building for the entire width on that portion of <br />the building facing Industry Avenue in brick type or appearing <br />material and landscape plantings shall be placed along this portion <br />of the building at the rate of one every eight (8) feet. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman MickelSon to enter <br />into the contract as amended above. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
