What value can a new park bring to your neighborhood? <br />The City of Ramsey has been approached by <br />Northfork, Inc., the owner of undeveloped <br />portions of the Northfork development, <br />proposing to satisfy existing and future park <br />dedication obligations by donating a 37 acre lot <br />along the north side of Alpine Drive. The City <br />desires your feedback to help us determine <br />whether this is an appropriate location for a City <br />park. If so, what improvements should be made? <br />The City invites you to a workshop to assist the <br />City in its review of the concept and creating <br />ideas to these important policy questions <br />collaboratively with the neighborhood.
