Voting no None. <br /> <br />CITY HALL BAS~IIENT COMPLETION <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said the next step would be to draw plans and get bids to <br />see if we should proceed. Mayor Gamec said a larger meeting facility <br />is needed for groups to meet for banquets, etc. <br /> <br />To do the complete basement would cost approximately $45,000. Comncilman <br />Cox asked what the priority of items completed should be? Mayor Gamec <br />said he thought plans should be drawn and then decide what should be <br />done. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said some money is available. Councilman Mickelson said we <br />can't keep spending money where there is none budgeted. Councilman Cox <br />said with the general economic problems at this time maybe we shouldn't <br />spend any money now. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said a schematic drawing could now be prepared and have it <br />all ready to go when we do have enough money. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said he feels the one bathroom should be completed along <br />with the kitchen/meeting area. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said bids could be let for one room or area at a time. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimarm to have an <br />architect draw plans or layout and not specifications at a cost not to <br />exceed $3,700. <br /> <br />Motion and second withdrawn. <br /> <br />It was suggested that Building Official Berg find the~cost of just having <br />the layout drawn by the architect. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimarm to direct <br />staff to contact an architect for cost breakdown on plans and specifi~ <br />cations. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no None. <br /> <br />PONDVALE ESTATES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cok and seconded by Councilman Reimanm to grant an <br />extension for filing of the final plat until June 30, 1980 and that this <br />will be the final extension granted. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
