~) Ramsey's Second Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Service Connection <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle noted his suggestion that the council put pressure <br />on Metro Council Chairman Charles Weaver to take action on this vital issue <br />was acted upon earlier in the meeting. He felt that Mr. Weaver now realized <br />the city's concerns in this matter. <br /> <br />6)p_Financing of Public Streets in New Plats (Industrial and Residential) <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated he had concerns because of the non-sewer areas and the <br />development the way it is now. They are putting the lots and streets in, but <br />because of no sewer & water, they don't sell, then the developer can't pay <br />the assessment. <br /> <br />Much discussion was held on this issue. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle was instructed to get information on this issue <br />and get back to the City Council on it. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Cox to approve <br />the bills contingent upon Councilman Reimann's approval. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson <br />and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec announced the next council meeting woo2d be held on September 8, <br />1980 instead of September 9, 1980 because of the Prima~ Election on <br />September 9, 1980. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adjourn <br />the regular council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson <br />and Cox.
