PUBLIC HEARING <br /> City of Ramsey <br /> Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Council held a <br />public hearing regarding the Street Improvement Project #80-8 (Kamacite, <br />158th & 159th Lane), on October 15, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15152 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Cox <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the meeting to order at 7:50 P.M. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />The City Engineer went over the costs of the project and said following <br />this hearing, the property owners would have 30 days to pay the assessment <br />without any interest. <br /> <br />Mr. Darrel Krueger~ 15828 Ramsey Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />Mr. Krueger said he was charged for 1½ units and he wanted to pay for <br />only one unit. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said Mr. Krueger wants to find out if it is a possibility <br />for him to subdivide. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said the council would give Mr. Krueger an idea if he can <br />do this or not at the regular council meeting after the hearings. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Cox.
