EDA authorized marketing blast RE Armstrong <br />Interchange in November of 2015. <br />3. Drafted and executed 13 lease agreements/ <br />amendments for City owned properties along U.S. <br />Highway 10, for use of City owned land in connection <br />to various construction projects, and for use of the <br />City's former municipal center campus. <br />4. Closed out F&C (Residence at The COR) agreements; <br />and transfer to Weidner Properties. <br />5. Future Business Park: completed infrastructure study <br />and economic development study (December/ <br />January). Next step, policy discussion/ direction. <br />6. Old Municipal Center: phase one sold, and currently <br />under development. Phase two requires demolition <br />and site cleanup -expected to be ready by summer <br />2016. Demolition will likely be funded by the Anoka <br />County HRA. <br />7. Future public works space needs analysis completed; <br />which may have an effect on the future business park <br />discussion due to excess land that will be available for <br />redevelopment. <br />8. Replaced COR real estate signs. <br />9. Development of in-depth COR article began in <br />December. <br />10. Development of Highway 10/ RALF fact and FAQ <br />began in December. <br />11. 167 Avenue/ Highway 47 EDA Workplan item dropped <br />(consider grant program). <br />12. Spring Business Expo EDA Workplan item discussion <br />initiated. Was requested to be brought back for <br />further discussion. <br />13. EDA began sponsoring the Anoka Area Chamber of <br />Commerce, Manufacturers Coalition. <br />14. New TIF district created -TIF District 15, for <br />demolition of the former Health Quest building. <br />
