NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City staff to accept the proposal <br />from Bolton & Menk, Inc. in the amount of $89,170 to prepare final Plans and <br />Specifications to extend Riverdale Drive from Traprock Street to Ramsey <br />Boulevard in 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24th day of November, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #15-11-287 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
