CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Sarah Strommen <br />Councilmember Jill Johns <br />Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Melody Shryock <br />Councilmember Kristine Williams <br />Members Absent: Councilmember John LeTourneau <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Finance Director Diana Lund <br />Police Chief Jeff Katers <br />Human Resources Manager Colleen Lasher <br />City Attorney Joe Langel <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:05 p.m., <br />and led in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Swearing in of Patrol Officer Ashton Erickson by Attorney Joe Langel <br />Police Chief Katers welcomed Officer Ashton Erickson to the podium for the swearing in by <br />Attorney Langel. <br />Attorney Langel administered the Oath of Office to Ashton Erickson. <br />Mayor Strommen thanked the officers in the room for the service they provide to the community, <br />noting that the support the department provides to its officers is amazing. <br />3.
