PLANNING COMMISSION EXCERPT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, November 12, <br />2015, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Chairperson Gary Levine <br />Commissioner Andrew Andrusko <br />Commissioner Randy Bauer <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Matthew Maul <br />Commissioner Cindy Nosan <br />Commissioner Gary VanScoy <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Timothy Gladhill <br />Planning Intern Geoff Solomonson <br />5.03: Receive Update on Public Works Campus Space Needs Analysis and Consider <br />Policy for a Future McKinley Street Connection. <br />Presentation <br />Community Development Director Gladhill presented the staff report and reviewed the campus <br />space needs analysis with the Planning Commission. He requested the Commission consider <br />policy direction on McKinley Street as one of the top concepts for the proposed future public <br />works campus requires the future connection of McKinley Street to be vacated. <br />Commission Business <br />Commissioner Bauer questioned how long range the plan was. <br />Public Works Superintendent Reemer believed the plan was slated for tentative construction in <br />2018. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill agreed stating there was three years of planning <br />needed in order to properly complete the project. <br />Commissioner Bauer inquired when the City's transportation plan would be complete. <br />Planning Commission Excerpt/November 12, 2015 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
