Quote #5 — Quote from resident about condition of neighboring dwelling. <br />"I live next door to this property and last summer a code enforcement was done and the homeowner of the <br />property needed to fix a lot things in a certain amount of time. It has or will be a year now and nothing has <br />been done. The smell coming from the property is getting worse. Last week the homeowner had to reinstall <br />their back patio door into place since it is so rotten with 1 x 4 board to hold it in. Please advise as to when <br />something will be done." <br />
