The Public Works Committee is being asked to forward this analysis to the City Council for review and <br />adoption. <br />NOTE: this case was reviewed by the Public Works Committee in October --at which time, Staff provided a brief <br />overview and introduction to this analysis. <br />BACKGROUND <br />On June 09, 2015, the City Council authorized Staff to complete a space needs analysis for a potential future public <br />works campus. Detailed background information on this case (public works campus, space needs analysis, process, <br />funding, etc.) can be found by referencing the attached case. <br />Notification: <br />NA <br />Ob servations/Alternatives: <br />Attached to this case is the draft Space Needs Analysis.
