The two areas are inside that <br />864 ft. contour we talked about as being close to what a wetland delineated boundary might <br />be. <br />The larger area is within the yellow and black line, about 0.65 acres or 28,314 square feet and <br />the smaller one, which was were you were thinking the driveway would be is 348 square feet. <br />It appears that the driveway area is within a drainage and utility easement (attached) and the <br />city has jurisdiction over that. City's typically don't allow construction activities in a drainage <br />and utility easement so you can work with the City to adjust the driveway location accordingly. <br />The site visit invoice of $50.00 is included, please pay within 30 days. <br />If you have other questions, don't hesitate to ask.
