8. That the Permit specifically prohibits parking vehicles for sale on any street or on any <br />unimproved surface areas. <br />9. That the PERMITTEE maintains adequate drive aisles within the parking space. <br />10. That this PERMITTEE must obey all sign restrictions as stated in Section 117, Division <br />8 (Signs) of the Ramsey City Code. <br />11. That the Permit specifically prohibits the use of outdoor speaker devices. <br />12. That the PERMITTEE must comply with public nuisance ordinance requirements related <br />to inoperable vehicles and other public nuisances as outlined in City Code Chapter 30 on <br />the Subject Property. <br />13. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied <br />with. <br />14. That the PERMITTEE shall be responsible for all CITY costs incurred in administering <br />and enforcing this Permit. <br />15. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the Subject <br />Property for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br />16.
