"Oregon and Texas are the only <br />states that currently prohibit what's commonly known as inclusionary zoning." <br />House Bill 2564 would allow government leaders to set their own affordable - <br />housing requirements, with up to 30% of units in a development to be sold <br />below market prices. The bill now moves to the state Senate for consideration. <br />Source: The Oregonian; www.oregonlive.com <br />TEXAS <br />The state House of Representatives has approved legislation that would <br />"bar cities from banning fracking and placing other limits on oil and gas <br />drilling."
