Continue involvement in the Northstar Corridor Development <br />Authority (NCDA) <br />6. Market the municipal parking facility as a park-and-ride opportunity <br />7. Develop an affordable, efficient, and reliable transit system that <br />includes commuter rail and bus capabilities <br />8.
